Q: Can I get a preorder item after the fact?
A: Typically no, if the item sells REALLY well, we may stock it.
Q: How long will it take to get my preorder items?
A: Two weeks. We are not Amazon. Once a preorder is closed we have to order the apparel, wait for it to arrive, print them all by hand, then package and ship them.
Q: What if I need to exchange sizes on a preorder item?
A: If we have the blank in stock then we will gladly exchange it. If not, you can pick an available item in the shop or receive a refund.
